1. Overview

We want you to be happy with every order. If something is wrong with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility

Returns are accepted for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective items upon delivery.
  • Incorrect product sent (wrong flavour, size, or brand).
  • Expired or near-expiry products (with less than 30 days remaining).

For hygiene and food-safety reasons, opened perishables (chocolates, chips, drinks) cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the issue.
  3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 1–2 business days.

4. Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received back (if required), we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery orders: refunded via bKash or Nagad to the number you provide.
  • Mobile payment orders: refunded to the original bKash/Nagad account.
  • You may also choose store credit if you prefer.

5. Exchanges

If the same product is available in stock, we can exchange it for the correct or undamaged version. Exchanges follow the same approval process as returns.

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover the return shipping cost.
  • For change-of-mind requests on eligible unopened items, the customer is responsible for return delivery charges.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed food and beverage items.
  • Items without original packaging or labels removed.
  • Gift cards and promotional free items.
