3. Orders and Payments

• All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.
• Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, or Nagad as indicated at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. We aim to deliver within 1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–4 days outside Dhaka. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, courier issues, public holidays) are not grounds for compensation.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs all returns. Perishable food items may only be returned if they are damaged or incorrect upon delivery. Please review the full policy for detailed conditions and time limits.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Choco Hive or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
