Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

Choco Hive delivers across Bangladesh. We currently serve two primary zones for shipping calculation:

• Inside Dhaka: All areas within Dhaka city corporation limits.
• Outside Dhaka: All other districts and sub-districts outside Dhaka city.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your selected delivery zone.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM are processed the same business day.
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
• Delivery time begins once the order is handed to our courier partner.
• Remote areas may take an additional 1 – 2 business days.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your order number. You can contact our support team via WhatsApp with your order number for real-time delivery updates.

5. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or recipient unavailability, our team will attempt re-delivery once. A second failed attempt may result in order cancellation with store credit applied minus the shipping fee.

6. Free Shipping

We occasionally run free-shipping promotions. When active, the minimum order value and applicable zones will be displayed on the website banner and at checkout. Standard shipping fees apply to all other orders.
